Friday I got the pleasure of getting another wisdom tooth taken out. I can't believe I'm putting these nasty pics up but oh well. I already had three done like 5 years ago but one decided to come in late. Chris took the day off to take me. I knew he would get a kick out of it. He couldn't wait to see me drugged. He wanted to record it but didn't thankfully! It sucked that I had to do it in the afternoon because I do not do good at fasting! Chris loved rubbing in that he could eat and drink! When he got there he brought along his new bff- his iphone!! Ughh he doesn't let that thing go. He kept playing loud obnoxious music videos and then thought it was hilarious to play his new favorite app- the ifart. Yes, it make all sorts of fart noises ughhh. I was so embarrassed! The whole time we we're waiting for my surgery he kept taking pics of me too. Let's just say I don't want to take him to another appointment with me again. I told him i swear he has A.D.D. and I'm going to dread all the Dr. appointments we're gonna have someday when I'm prego. Well it was pretty funny, when the surgery was done Chris came in and I was laughing hysterical because of the drugs but probably because I knew he was laughing at me too. The nurse was trying to put on my sweater and I was laughing so hard I felt like an idiot! Then I tried to stand up and walk out and I started crying! I know I could have died. Oh well I'm sure they're used to it. Last time i got it done I cried like crazy too- don't know why. Well Chris decided to take some pretty disgusting pics of me after the surgery, I look high! He did take care of me after, and made it up when I was sick from the lorotab.
Valentine's wasn't are best but that's ok. We ended up going to Red Robin and I had some soup. I can't wait to eat normal food! Chris was cute and brought me a dozen Roses. I can't wait for our two year anniversary on the 24th, we'll have to celebrate then!

Park City

Chris and I went up to Park City this last week to visit our friends Bryce and Julie Ahlstrom. We stayed at their cabin which was way nice! One day we went tubing at a tube park, that was the funnest I must say. We all did a chain this one time and got so much speed I thought we were gonna die. We ended up slamming into the big barrier at the end and I swear I blacked out for a second. Julie and I got stuck underneath it and had to have the guys pull us out. It was so funny! We learned to play poker and a few other games, I swear poker went on for hours! We didn't end up snowboarding or snowmobiling which I would have loved to do but at the same time I probably would have came back paralyzed if I tried snowboarding. We ended up doing some shopping, which I always love, and I got a new purse,wallet,some shirts, and work out shoes because I'm motivated to look good someday. New Year's Eve we went to Salt Lake and walked around Temple Square. It was pretty I've never seen it all decorated with the lights for Christmas time.
One story that was kinda scary was we got home from shopping and Julie's whole fam was gone too but the front door was wide open and the alarm was going off. Bryce and Julie got their guns and we had to go through their whole house checking to make sure nothing was gone and no one was in there. Ughh ya, so I decided when me and Chris get our house I'm definitely getting us a gun. Julie had a cute pink one I want even though guns aren't supposed to be cute. Anyway, we never found anyone or anything missing in the house but her dad did say one of the hidden keys outside was missing. So let's just say I had a hard time sleeping after that. Over all it was a fun trip to see all the snow and to get away.

Merry Christmas!

Christmas was a good one this year! We got together with my mom's side of the family for a dinner which was fun, I got to hang out with some of my cousins I haven't seen in forever. Christmas eve we had a dinner at The Gregory house. We had some yummy food and yes I tried a mushroom- yuck. We played a fun Christmas trivia game with everyone and had some yummy desert. Can I tell you this Christmas I almost died when it came to sweets. They were everywhere and I was so burnt out on them in the end. Christmas day we opened presents at my family's house. I got lots of cute clothes, a Brighton bracelet, and a gift card to get my nails done. Chris got lots of clothes, shoes, and a wallet. Later, we went to Chris' fams. We got a Wii! They got one for each family, it was pretty cool. We finished the night off by having a dinner at my house and having a Wii and Rock Band 2 Party. We were exhausted in the end! I can't believe it's almost a new year!

Ugly Sweater Winners!

We had our Distinctive Insurance Christmas party this year and decided to throw in a little twist. We made it an ugly sweater party- and yes me and Chris our proud to say we were the winners. Chris' sweater was disgusting, we got it at savers. The funny thing was when we walked in to the party someone new what brand it was right off because I guess Bill Cosby used to wear them all of the time in the 80s. EWW LOL. We got my nasty sweater at Kmart and I had to add tacky Santa earrings for a nice touch. The party was funny, everyone brought good white elephant gifts. We got an Obama figurine because we know how everyone hates him at work and then a tacky basketball stocking that played music. Some people got pretty creative. Keri found this hideous vase with crazy faces and Mark had Whitney make a bed pan full of yellow jello and a baby ruth.Sam changed into a 3 different sweaters throughout the night, he was hilarious. I'm still bummed he didn't do his rap. Good times!

Happy Birthday to Me!

Yesterday was my 23rd Birthday and it was a good one! Friday I took the day off and went Christmas shopping and then Chris and I got a suite at The Green Valley Ranch. My brother hooked us up!-He's the front desk manager and got us a smokin deal. We went and ate King's Fish House for dinner at the District and it was good! Saturday we ate at my fav The Original Pancake House and then got a couple's massage. We finished off the night going out to dinner and getting Golden Spoon. Chris got me some Hudson Jeans and perfume. Tonight I get to celebrate with my family, It should be fun!

Thanksgiving with the Gregory's

Happy Thanksgiving!!It's crazy the holidays are already here. We had a yummy dinner with Chris' fam and bowling after for some fun. Tomorrow we get to have dinner with my fam and be fat kids all over again whoo!

The Office Halloween Payback

The girls at work got stuck working on Halloween and all of the guys managed to be off so lets just say we decided to have some fun and give them a surprise on Monday!

Happy Halloween

My friend Courtney had a Halloween Party so me and Chris threw some costumes together last minute. Chris was Scuba Steve and I was an 80's bombshell- righttt. The funny thing was I found both of these costumes here at my house. We kept our nasty 80s wet suits in the garage. Let me tell you, this was an adventure in itself trying to get this bad boy on Chris! Then I found my awesome jumpsuit in our hall closet- it was my Grandma's back in the day. My mom also kept some disgusting hair accessories and jewelry to add to my fancy costume. We met up with friends, Kellie and Bryan Farley. They looked cute! It was a fun night.

I Love Justin!

Last Night was so fun! My friend Keri gave me Justin Timberlake tickets. My sister in law Jenn and I went to the concert and had a blast. It was a benefit concert so Rihanna, 50cent, Leona Lewis, Will I am, Jonas Brothers, Boys 2 Men, and of course Justin performed. I think it was the best concert I've been too. Justin put on such a good show, i was like a little girl again, thinkin he was all hot dancing. I'm a nerd but he was really good! The people there were hilarious too. There were these ladies in front of us that were probably in there late 30s dancing so bad. One had the best move ever she did the whole time. I should of recorded it, I was dying laughing. Then there was this dorky nerdy girl that was dancing so ugly a couple of seats down. She was trying to be all sexy, it was great. And then did I forget to mention the couple right next to me all over each other. They were basically freakin up on each other all night. I guess they didn't care everyone was watching them. I almost threw up in my mouth. Another thing I just love when your in a room of tons of people and someone keeps farting. You get the waft of butt and you're wondering who the heck keeps doing it and you hope no one thinks it's you. Anyways you got to love it. It was definitely a night to remember!

Special Ed Chef

So it's official I suck at cooking. Katie my sister-in-law gave me a meatball recipe and garlic mashed potatoes. K meatballs piece of cake, potatoes- I'm used to instant in a box. So Katie acts like I know how to cook and puts very little detail on the recipe. The recipe reads about 4 garlic cloves to add to the boiling water so I go to the store and buy 4 bulbs of garlic. I throw those babies in with the potatoes to cook and thought nothing of it. My other sister-in-law happened to come over and about died when she saw what I was doing. For all of you who don't cook let me give you some advice. You are supposed to peel skin off of these things like an onion and in 1 bulb there's at least 10 cloves. So do the math I was putting in 4 bulbs! My potatoes would have been so garlicky and gross. The funny thing was I had no idea and I even wasn't sure if i was supposed to take them out after boiling and mash them in the potatoes. That would of been funny! I didn't feel so bad until I told some friends at work and they all knew, so that made me realize I better start watching Rachel Ray.

Babysitting my husband

Chris and I aren't that exciting. I don't have a fun post but I thought this was pretty entertaining last night. Me and him went to dinner and we wanted to go somewhere new. We haven't been to Macaroni Grill forever and we thought we should go for a change. Well, I basically forgot why we don't go there. My husband is worse than a little kid when it comes to that place. He embarrassed me so bad! For all of those who have been there you know there is a table cloth you can draw on with crayons. Well he loves that! Our waitress happened to be a girl I knew in high school which made it more embarrassing. So Chris sits down and was so excited about drawing pictures. He started drawing boobies and wieners all over our table. I was sooo mad. I kept trying to take away the crayons and covering his pictures with the plates. He thought he was so funny, he wouldn't hand over the crayons and kept moving the plates back to embarrass me. Then he started drawing flowers and space ships. He just gets a kick out of making me mad. I felt like I had to be his mother and yell at him the whole night. It was pretty funny because all you could do was laugh at the situation but sometimes I wonder why boys are so immature. So I decided we aren't going back!

Makeover Time!

I finally cut my hair! I've never had short hair in my life and always wanted to try it out. I always chicken out but today I was feeling brave. I chopped it off for a fun little change!

Newport Beach

We went to Newport Beach with Chris' family to a beach house. It was a different house that we stayed at this year and we called it the booby beach house because in every room there were paintings with tons of boobs LOL.It was a fun trip and so nice to get away. It went way to quick though. I was stupid and so excited to lay out I wore a 4 and got fried the first day so the second day I had to hide in the shade. I only got in the water once, it was pretty rough. I did one nice wave and decided that was enough after I got slammed by a wave, although the boys had lots of fun in the water. We did some shopping at the Irvine Spectrum. I got some cute shirts at Buckle and Saturday we hit the swat meet. I got some cute sunglasses, a purse and wallet, and some shoes. I can't wait for next year!
